Talk on: No-signaling key distribution

Abstract:
In this talk I will describe protocols based on Bell inequalities, and how to prove their security against general attacks. The only assumption used in the security proofs is the impossibility of arbitrarily fast signaling. I will relate this results with device-independent quantum key distribution. I will show that universally-composable security is impossible from the no-signaling assumption alone, and make some comments about the physical principle that has to be additionally assumed in order to obtain universally-composable security.
